There will be 1,600 shares in one lot. In this case, an investment of Rs 1.34 lakh will have to be made. Holani Consultants is its lead manager.
The amount raised through IPO will be used to expand the existing service in America and Western European region. Apart from this, there is a plan to focus on technical development as well. The company operates in the Business to Business (B2B) Human Cloud segment.
